All purchases will be shipped within 48 Hours via Canada Post or UPS with tracking, the tracking number will be sent to your email address. (As important safety measures continue, delays should be expected.)

*All carriers are experiencing some delays to specific destinations due to COVID-19 restrictions, please expect that the delivery delays may occur.

 

Free Exchange & Return
We offer free exchange & return, However, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All orders outside of North America (Not included a territory of the United States, such as Hawaii, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands.) - Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original plastic packaging must be in the original condition and not damaged. The original brand tag must be attached.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
